Becoming A Member
The Clubs are set up to be laid-back and fun. Were all about giving you cool things to do and cool people to do them with. Ready to become a Member and get in on all the fun? Joining is easy and simple and if you hurry, you could be joinging in on the fun the same day you register. Here's the steps:
1. Choose Your HomeSite
Start by researching the main Programs you want to attend. This will help you decide which homesite you will be apart of. Your HomeSite is decided by which site you spend the most of time (simply put, it's where the majority of your records are held). You can attend Programs and both sites but only one site will be your HomeSite. For information on Programs and HomeSites, visit the links.
2. Fill out New Member Registration Forms.
These forms are located here in the Join Center and are required for New Members. If you are in a rush to get started and need to "snag a spot" before the spaces are filled, you can complete a CrunchApp online. Fill out the CrunchApp! This is a short form that will get you access to our Programs for 48-hours until your official Applications are recieved. This option is good for Members who need to snag a spot, fast! If you can't print the forms, you can pick them up from either HomeSite.
3. Pay your Annual Dues.
Dues can be paid online or at the homeSite. Please note that CrunchApps will only be accepted with the online Membership Dues Payment. Acceptable forms of online payment are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. CrunchAPP is available online. After paying dues, either online or in person, visit your HomeSite to pick up Membership Documents. Members with financial difficulties are encouraged to apply for ONEDream here.

Do you know what your child does when he or she is at the Club? Do you know current attendance, account balances and important information?Well it's time to find out. Club Memberships are most successful when parents, family members and youth development professionals work as partners to create a nurturing environment for children and teens. Parent and family involvement, in particular, is important because it contributes to a young person's school achievement and healthy development.
1. What is the Member Center or myBGCV?
The Member Center "myBGCV" is the online portal for our parents and Members. Using the Member Center, members are able to register for programs, pay for activities & events, see attendance, locate account balances, work with other members and more!
2. How can I get an account?
Registering for an account is simple and easy! Visit here and fill out the form. As a security measure, all Members must be validated before accounts are activiated. Standard validation period (during normal business hours) is 24 hours..
3. I have issues with my account and the Club is closed, who do I speak to?
Out-of-office support is available for Member Center parents and current myBGCV account holders by contacting online support. Online supprt is available Monday-Saturday from 9am-10pm est.

1. What is the pick-up policy for BGCV?
When first joining BGCV, Members are required to have a Member Pick-up form on file. That form will help ensure that every Member is only picked up by those authorized on the form. In the event of an emergency, the Parent is imm

1. If I am unable to afford membership dues, who do I contact?
If you are unable to afford membership dues or Summer Camp Tuition or any other Membership-related assessment, ONEDream may be an option to consider. Learn more about ONEDream.
2. Is there a way to have my child "try out" the Club before becoming a Member?
For the safety and security of all of our members, all children and teens that enter the Club (for programs or activities) are required to be current and active members.
3. I think my child or teen was a member through his ior her school. How do I check?
Sometimes, members are given membership through various programs with participating schools (through GP or DPI). To see if your child or teen has "affiliated membership" please click here .
